A European client requested a minimalist and modern design for the renovation of their kitchen and mudroom. The minimalist aspects of the Shaker aesthetic influenced the design of these spaces, which even though modern and lacking in extravagant detail, complimented the existing traditional colonial house in a rural, bucolic town in New England.
