Oficio's first location is an open co-working/shared office space on Boston's Newbury Street. The 2,500 square foot space is an open gallery with 11' ceilings and large warehouse type windows in the front and the back of the building. The space is laid out with private meeting rooms and phone booths as well as the reception desk off to the side and separated by a zone which consists of a kitchenette, and printing station on one side and semi-private desks on the other. The open area is defined by various types of seating, consisting of individual desks overlooking Newbury Street, large team tables, and single and double desks in the rear. This allows for various levels of privacy, collaboration, and variety for the daily user of the space.
