Oficio's third location is an open co-working/shared office space in Boston's Fenway district. The 3,000 square foot space is an open gallery with 11' ceilings with floor to ceiling Nanawall folding glass door system which opens onto a roof terrace. The space is laid out with private meeting rooms and phone booths as well as the reception desk on one side of the space and the open work area as well as a library lounge and kitchenette on the other half. The open area is defined by various types of seating, consisting of individual desks, and large team tables. The folding glass door in the rear of the space can open completely to allow for free flow of air and space between the inside workspace and outdoor terrace.
